The boat was designed to tow easily or to be stowed on deck, davits, or with snap davits on your swim platform. The Yachtsman comes standard with stainless steel safety handles, lifting rings, and bow eye. A removable, floating rowing seat as well as a large forward storage locker add to the features of the boat. The rub rail is non-marring. All deck surfaces are molded-in, non-skid surfaces. Positive closed cell foam cell floatation in the upper sections of the tubes keep the boat floating upright even if completely filled with water. The Yachtsman also features molded-in steps in the aft sections of the tubes. This reduces drag and allows the yachtsman to easily plane with a smaller motor. The large tube diameter allows this boat to achieve incredible stability. Less than 25 hrs. Price is $500 less than suggested price froom Boat US.

It has lots of room, fronts seat lay down to sun bathe or nap, 6 cup holders. Under floor storage for wake board, skis, tube. Open bow has storage under both seats for anchors, ropes what ever. Inside storage along both front seats. Power steering, full gauge cluster, blower, bilge pump and more. After market alpine am/fm radio and CD player placed in with speakers.

The boat has a 3.0 litre motor that delivers 135 horse power to the prop. We haved used it only for tubing and laying out in the sun.

I'm selling because we have not had a lot of time to use it. Only twice this year.

It is very clean on the interior and needs a little TLC on the exterior (nothing more than a little sanding and some paint touch-up).

It is a short shaft, has a stainless prop. and comes w/ a 6 gallon fuel tank with hose, primer bulb and all fittings.

I have not seen or heard this motor run. Nothing is frozen, it seems to have good compression and the prop. spins freely in neautral.

I'm looking to trade this motor for a (running) 25hp, short shaft, tiller motor. I would prefer electric start, but all trades/offers will be considered.

The fuel tank cover (a removable panel) in the rear area of deck has a soft spot that can be easily repaired by any local fiberglass man. This is a 1984 boat so it could use some cosmetic TLC, like new Wellcraft decals, and new vinyl on the side knee cushions.

I Purchased a new Loadmaster trailer with hydraulic brakes at the time I purchased this boat. I paid $3400 for the trailer alone.
