A beautiful, quiet, peaceful family guest cottage fully-furnished with your own private, gated courtyard with Adirondack chairs, stone table with fire pit, muscadine grape vines, strawberry guava, fig trees, and lemon citrus trees, beach cruiser bicycle for your use, beach chairs, and a 2nd outdoor hot/cold shower in private courtyard on Anastasia Island located in a quiet, friendly beach neighborhood just 800 yards from the beach ... and 1 block over from the St. Augustine Pier. Spacious, shaded all-brick paver driveway. Enjoy watching joggers, walkers, and surfers heading to the beach every morning.
You will have your own secluded, private entrance to BeachWalk Guest Cottage with gorgeous bathroom with tub and shower, full Queen bed, Bunk beds, dining table and chairs, dresser, reading nook with 2 chairs and lamp, closet, nice kitchen with full GE refrigerator, new efficient Whirlpool gas stove, Keurig and a regular coffee maker, VitaMix blender for smoothies, and GE microwave oven. Also have outdoor Weber Propane Grill for barbecues.

• Walk to about 40 different restaurants and ice cream shops. Walk straight down the street to the Wednesday morning Pier Farmers Market. Walk to either Rita's Italian Ice Conehead's Ice Cream shop for delicious gelati or ice cream. Bike to the beautiful St. Augustine Lighthouse and climb the 211 steps for amazing scenic views. Bike to the St. Augustine Alligator Farm. Ride your Bike to the 4000-plus seat St. Augustine Amphitheater for a major concert event. Walk straight into Anastasia State Park from your front door . . . one of the top parks in the Nation. Run out your front door and down to beach for morning or evening jog. Walk to Salt Life Restaurant, Sunset Grill, and over 20 nice restaurants on the beach. Go surfing, pier fishing, paddle boarding, pickleball, tennis, beach walking ... walking distance for all. Play Beach volleyball or go surfing and be there in 1 minute!! Walk on beach at night or stroll the A1A sidewalks for a relaxing evening.
