This unbelievable, fully furnished, 3rd-floor, corner unit condo is located in an oceanfront community and has been wonderfully maintained. You will be delighted with the bright, in-house atmosphere, which has wood laminated flooring in the main living areas, kitchen & bath, and new vinyl flooring in the master suite. An en-suite full bath has a shower/tub combination and includes a laundry closet with a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen is a cook's delight. Guests can lounge at the eat-in bar, with a drink of choice, while the chef works their magic. Dining seating is for 4, but the extra guest can enjoy the bar seating. You will be delighted with the awesome entertainment package provided by your owner. Upgraded TV and Internet offer a personal protected service.
