help needed toyota land cruiser repairs (Saint Augustine)

I'm looking for someone interested in helping me do some work on my 1999 100 series toyota land cruiser that has ~300k miles
it is in overall decent condition, I've done a lot of upgrades and updates, and these are the last, couple, albiet larger pieces to the puzzle
front end work - im not exactly sure what all does and doesnt need replaced, but the bushings on the control arms and tie rod ends, and ends themselves presumably need replaced, the actual suspension components are already updated
oil pan gasket ? leak - i am under the presumption from someone who had previously done some work on it that there was an oil pan leak that has presumably worsened over time, i am not exactly sure that is the case, but needs figured out
i would absolutely pay someone who knows what theyre doing for their time, and or advice
