Job Description
NYC Meatballs & Pizzeria is an expanding restaurant chain with a strong reputation for quality food, handcrafted drinks, and outstanding guest service. We are excited to open our new location at 2730 State Road 16 in Saint Augustine and are currently hiring professional and friendly Bartenders to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and company standards
Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, welcoming attitude
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels at the bar
Accurately take orders and process payments using our POS system (Toast experience is a plus)
Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service laws
Collaborate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Stay knowledgeable about menu items, specials, and promotions
Qualifications
Previous bartending experience preferred (Italian restaurant experience a plus)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
