Sunday Home Cleaning is a growing residential cleaning service serving Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee, St. Augustine, and surrounding St. Johns County communities. We're looking for experienced, reliable house cleaners to take on clients in our area.
**This is a 1099 independent contractor position — not a W2 job.** You work when you want, accept the jobs that fit your schedule, and get paid flat rate per job. No hourly. No guessing what you'll make.
**How pay works:**
Most jobs pay $75–$175 depending on home size and service type. You'll know the pay before you accept any job.
- Standard clean, 3 bed / 2 bath → you earn $87
- Deep clean, 3 bed / 2 bath → you earn $140
- Move-out clean, 3 bed / 2 bath → you earn $160
Reliable performers earn higher splits over time.
**What we need:**
- At least 1 year of professional house cleaning experience
- Your own supplies and equipment
- Reliable transportation throughout St. Johns County
- A smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Clean background check required before first job
