One bedroom apartment - No rent-Work exchange (Saint Augustine)

We are looking for someone to live on the property in exchange for help with organizing, cleaning, some yard work, assisting a single mom.
There may also be help needed with the kids at times, there is a 6 year old, 9 year old and 18 year old.
You would have your own separate and private apartment, separate from the main house with plenty of room. Internet, TV, electric and water is all included. Currently it's only 1/2 bathroom.
A valid driver license is needed.
You must be honest, reliable and have a good work ethics
