We are looking for an experienced teacher with a love for children along with horse knowledge/experience for our established local program in St Augustine. Our club meets three mornings a week for two hours each day each semester. Our upcoming semester runs August through December with small class sizes, averaging 6-8 students per class. We implement a proven riding program, complete with assistants and buddy walkers which connects classroom horsemanship activities, STEM objectives, horse sciences, group learning and hands-on experiences. This position is perfect for a retired teacher, a teacher wanting part time or to keep "busy", a teacher wanting to teach in a peaceful atmosphere with behaved children and grateful parents!
