We are looking for reliable event day support for an international karate tournament at the Renaissance World Golf Village in St. Augustine.
Dates/Times:
Friday, May 22
6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Event setup and unloading support
Saturday, May 23
8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Tournament day operations support
One-hour break included
Lunch provided
Pay: $20 per hour
Location: Renaissance World Golf Village, St. Augustine, FL
Duties may include:
Registration/check-in support
Gate/security check-in support
Competitor call-in/finding competitor support
Mat table support
Awards ceremony support
VIP guest support
General tournament running support
Breakdown support at the end of the event
Event management, military/federal event support, sports event, tournament, school event, or volunteer coordination experience is a plus, but not required.
Must be reliable, professional, comfortable working with people, and able to follow instructions in a busy event environment.
