Grill Cook (Steakhouse)
We are hiring an experienced Grill Cook for our high-volume steakhouse. The ideal candidate has strong grill experience, understands steak temperatures, and works well in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
Cook steaks to proper temperatures and specifications
Prepare and plate dishes consistently
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Set up and stock station for service
Communicate effectively with team members
Requirements:
2+ year Grill cook experience (steakhouse preferred)
Knowledge of steak cuts and grill temperatures
Ability to work nights and weekend
Competitive pay based on experience.
