We have a 35ft motorhome and used this during the winter months to cover the motorhome. It worked really well and has zippers on the sides so you can get into the motorhome should you need to. It's less than a year old and in very good condition. It could be used for a travel trailer cover as well. It's a little bigger than our motorhome but we wanted it bigger. The straps held great for especially windy days. Included are the wheel covers that have never been used. It has widened and extended corner reinforcements, Breathable, waterproof. Anti-UV.
