Location: Putnam County
Schedule: 24/7 coverage
Pay Rate: $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience
Anticipated Start: Within 2 weeks

Matrix Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Home Health Aide (HHA) for a pending private duty care case in Putnam County, FL.
Schedule:
Saturday through Friday
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Occasional PRN weekend shifts may be available.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support and supervision in the home setting
Assist with activities of daily living as needed
Provide safety monitoring and fall prevention support
Assist with mobility and transfers as appropriate
Provide companionship and emotional support
Support memory-related care needs with patience and redirection
Assist with meal preparation and hydration reminders as needed
Assist with light housekeeping related to the client’s care
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
Communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate family member or care team
Follow the care plan and company policies
Qualifications:
CNA or HHA preferred
Previous home care, private duty, or caregiver experience preferred
Experience with Parkinson’s disease, traumatic brain injury, dementia, memory care, or fall-risk clients is a plus
Must be dependable, professional, patient, and compassionate
Must be comfortable working in a home with a large, friendly dog
Must have strong communication skills
Must be able to provide safe and respectful care
Reliable transportation preferred
Must meet all employment and background screening requirements
