Looking for a spacious private 1/1 rental small sq ft fine entire rental separate from other units. $1000 or less please. No mold definitely need AC this is Florida. Have lived here a long time and the rental prices are unreasonable. I am an excellent tenant.It is just me not looking with others. I am a mature woman non smoker no pets no partying no disrespect. I have no pets, do not smoke or party. Mature and sane. Background checked and fingerprinted for work. If you are tired of exhausting tenants I am your answer and a breath of fresh air! Excellent clean background and mortgage/rental history for 40 yrs. Always pay on time. No other honest trustworthy individual like me renting in town. Will provide many local references. Will provide tender loving care for your home and keep it well maintained. Certainly not my style to do damage or disrespect according to the horror stories I hear. I am not one of those or "they all say that" type people. I am a professional and respect all people and properties. I am a non smoker no pets. What I ask for in exchange is a non smoking quiet peaceful positive rental of my own to focus and no distractions to enjoy my work and have a productive 2026! Look forward to speaking with you!
