Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and self-motivated individuals to assist with cleaning and maintaining college dormitories. This role requires someone who can work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for students.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize dorm rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas
Remove trash and replace liners
Restock cleaning supplies as needed
Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures
Report any maintenance or safety issues
Maintain a professional and respectful presence on campus
Requirements:
Ability to work with little to no supervision
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to perform physical tasks (bending, lifting, standing for long periods)
Previous cleaning/janitorial experience preferred but not required
Must be dependable and able to complete assigned tasks on time
Preferred:
Experience in residential, hotel, or campus cleaning
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Work Environment: Indoor dormitory setting
