Elite Tree Service is looking for a reliable and hardworking Groundhand & Climbers to join our tree care crew. This is an outdoor, physically demanding position assisting with tree removals, pruning, and cleanup.
Responsibilities:
• Drag brush
• Load and unload tools/equipment
• Operate ground-level equipment (skid steer, saws, etc.)
• Maintain a safe and clean worksite
• Support climbers and equipment operators
Requirements:
• Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ Ibs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Reliable transportation to job sites or be on time to ride with crew
• Experience preferred but not required - we'll train the right person
• Strong work ethic and team attitude
Pay based on experience.
