We are seeking an experienced Fence Installation Foreman to lead residential fence installation crews. This is a working foreman role requiring hands-on installation experience, leadership skills, and the ability to manage jobs from start to finish while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage fence installation crews on job sites
Perform and oversee installation of wood, vinyl, chain link, and aluminum fences
Read and interpret job layouts, measurements, and work orders
Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are properly used and maintained
Train and supervise crew members; enforce safety practices
Communicate with project management regarding progress, issues, and scheduling
Ensure jobs are completed on time and meet company quality standards
Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
Drive company vehicles and trailers as required
Requirements
*3+ years of fence installation experience
*Prior foreman or crew lead experience preferred
*Strong knowledge of fence materials, layout, and installation methods
*Ability to read measurements and plans accurately
*Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
*Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in Florida weather
*Valid driver’s license
*Reliable attendance and professionalism
