Experienced Maintenance Grounds Keeper needed
Must have your own reliable dependable transportation
Must have a warm welcoming friendly personality
Must be a team player
Must be able to pay close attention to detail
Must work Weekends, Holidays & Special events, must be flexible with work schedule
Must have valid drivers license, SS card, Email address & Bank account for direct deposit
Must provide references and pass background check
Must have reliable transportation, Bank account for direct deposit, and valid ID and Social Security Card
Some of the duties include but are not limited to: mowing, weed eating, raking, blowing, tree trimming, trash collecting, BBQ grill cleaning, fire ring clean up, pool maintenance & deck clean up, site clean up, filling propane tanks, bagging ice, rental bikes and paddle boats, power washing buildings and walkways, cleaning cob webs from buildings and windows, pooper scooping, cleaning golf carts, prepare all camping site arrivals for daily check in. We are looking for a person who is interested in staying busy during their whole shift!
