Compensation: $70,000–$90,000

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Production & Sourcing Manager to own end-to-end materials sourcing, production management, and logistics. This role ensures the right materials are sourced at the right cost, production stays on track, and finished goods are delivered smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Own procurement for raw materials, packaging, and supplies
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, pricing, and terms
• Develop supplier scorecards and conduct performance reviews
• Manage inventory levels, safety stock, and reorder points
• Translate demand plans into purchase orders and material requirements
• Coordinate production with external manufacturing partners
• Manage full purchase order lifecycle from creation through reconciliation
• Oversee inbound logistics and carrier relationships
• Support new product launches through sourcing and supplier validation
• Track spend, build KPIs, and improve processes as the company scales

Requirements

• 5+ years in procurement or supply chain within apparel, soft goods, or textiles
• Experience with garment manufacturing processes and lead times
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with demand planning and import/export logistics
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Cin7, or Acumatica
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfort working in fast-paced, scaling environments

Preferred: APICS or CPSM certification; experience with decorated apparel or DTC fulfillment

Success Metrics

On-time delivery (95%+), material cost reduction, inventory turns, supplier performance, PO accuracy, and lead time improvements
