The output volume knob works, though there is a minor intermittent spot where the signal may briefly cut unless the knob is moved slightly. This is common for vintage rack gear and does not affect overall performance. The unit passes a clean signal, and the effects sound great. Minor hiss at high output settings is normal for TSR-series units.
