I have a cozy space in the front of my house, for short term RV/VAN parking. There's a 1991 dodge van set up as a mini movie theater. It's not a huge space, but there's room to park a 2nd vehicle or a boat. Only weekends are available, but there's always an exception to the rule. I had my 36' trailor there, so I know 36' will fit, but it is not easy to get something that size on the flat ground. Can you put it on the slight slope, if you can get it leveled. This is a temporary thing. Just trying to make a couple buck to get the mini movie theater back on the road. Movie theater, place to enjoy morning coffee? Whatever you might wanna do.
