How the partnership works
• You bring a property under contract
• We fund 100% of purchase, rehab, and closing costs
• Financing up to 70% of After-Repair Value (ARV)
• You manage the rehab from start to finish
• Interest-only payments during the project
• When the property sells, profits are split per agreement
You continue to earn your normal contractor fee and also participate in the profit at sale.
