Hello my name is Joel and I have over 25 years experience in the construction industry, as well as maintenance and custodian services, I'm employed but my hours have been cut at work and needing of some side work, I have worked in the home remodeling industry, includes new construction, home maintenance as well as restaurant equipment maintenance, painting, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, pipe fitting, heavy equipment operations, custodial services from hazmat disposal, deep cleaning, detailing and much more, attached are some recent jobs that I have completed for several customers throughout the surrounding counties, I have great professional and personal references
