I have excellent customer service skills in both a professional and medical office setting. I have secretarial skills,such as; answering & transferring phones, scanning, setting up customer accounts, filing and e-filing, faxing,typing, and data entry. I am comfortable and experienced operating a cash machine and I am proficient with a computer: Data Entry, ECW, Aprima,and Kareo, RIS, and Kno2 medical programs, basic PowerPoint, and basic Microsoft Word/Office. I have experience in stocking merchandise, theft prevention, and problem solving on the spot.

***Limitations: I have spinal issues, so I am not able to stand/bend for 5 minutes or longer and can’t lift anything 20 lbs or more. I also have a severe anxiety disorder, so though I am good with people over the phone, it is best I do clerical work where I’m not on the phone with customers/patients or dealing with them face to face. Thank you for your understanding. I will be able to provide a note from a Physician if needed.
