Increasingly I am seeing business reviews that name the waiter, teller, sales person whoever as being a top notch employee.
News flash folks. These reviews are being written by the person named in the review. Total garbage. It is very difficult to trust these reviews especially google reviews. Also be aware, a business can have an unfavorable review removed. I know from experience.
