Las Palmas is a charming, gated luxury condo community very close to downtown St. Augustine. It offers excellent amenities, including a gym, clubhouse, pool, hot tub, and car maintenance area.
This unit has been recently renovated with all-new LVP flooring, new paint, new kitchen and appliances, and remodeled bathrooms.
The master bedroom shares a bathroom with the other upstairs tenant. There is a washer and dryer on the second floor.
The living room and dining room are furnished, and kitchen items are also provided. Room can be furnished upon request, no additional charge.
There is ample parking right outside the unit. The unit has a garage for one car and can be rented for an additional $100 per month.
Tenants split cable/wifi ($85 monthly) and the actual cost of utilities (electric and water), which has averaged about $100-130 per month each.
The existing roommates are two males in their mid-twenties, both working full-time. There is already a cat in the unit. Pets can be discussed and negotiated.
