I have been looking for a room for some time. Sadly, there are few nice rentals in town in my price range in 2026. Would like one asap in St Augustine. I work, am active, fit and am respectful and quiet. I know there are people in our town with larger homes to share who have a senior or a child in the home who may need assistance. Daycares are expensive and cost of living is high because our town is more than popular. If you are interested in a barter type situation with a professional background checked woman or know of a friend who is interested please send me details of what you propose. I am not desperate I just do not want to pay the rental prices in town for a slimy dark place. Thank you.
