Very hard working Healthy 60 yr old male, looking for a room for no more than 600 a month. I am also very knowledgeable with all types of home repairs and building. I am not looking for a room with multiple tenants in the house. I do smoke but will not do so on your property. I would be willing to negotiate some regular home tasks for you in lieu of more rent, as long as they can be completed each week without interfering with my work schedules.
