Hello my name is Joel I am relocating back to Jacksonville soon I'm looking for a room to rent or an efficiency apartment or maybe a camper or RV I will be starting a new job in Jacksonville I need to find something within the next couple weeks
I'm a quiet, hard-working individual, clean, responsible, bills paid on time
Looking for a possible room to rent with a minimum capacity of individuals there,
The place must be clean, rodents and pest free, drug free, drama free,
Professional environment -no exceptions.
I've had nightmare situations before and I am just looking for an honest individual to rent me a room or as mentioned above
All of these must take a role in what I'm looking for
I am not trying to live with a house full of people, I like to be able to get to what I want to when I need to , bathroom things of that sort, I'm a middle-aged male and living with a bunch of people is already hard and looking for the maximum of two or three other individuals that's it
I pay my bills on time and a lot of times it's early, looking for something affordable
Preferably a 5 Mile to 7 to maybe 10 mile radius around the downtownb Jacksonville area preferably around the west side or Riverside or Springfield as my job would be on Lenox avenue I was there at my company for 15 years moved to St Augustine to be closer to my mother and the cost of living is way too expensive in St Augustine I mean really expensive and there's not a lot of opportunities for having two jobs it is only restaurant work and grocery stores and that's it I've been in the construction field for almost 25 plus
