We are a growing tree service company looking for an experienced Tree Estimator who is motivated, reliable, and ready to grow with us.
✅ Requirements:
    •    Minimum 2+ years experience in the tree care industry
    •    Strong knowledge of tree removal, trimming, pruning, and safety practices
    •    Proven ability to sell and close jobs
    •    Reliable transportation (daily travel required)
    •    Comfortable with door knocking and generating leads in active work areas
    •    Professional appearance and positive attitude
    •    Strong communication and customer service skills
💼 Responsibilities:
    •    Meet with homeowners and provide free, accurate estimates
    •    Follow up on leads and close sales
    •    Door knock in neighborhoods where crews are working to generate additional jobs
    •    Clearly communicate job details to crews and office staff
    •    Build long-term customer relationships
    •    Represent the company professionally at all times
💰 Compensation:
