We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multifaceted Craftsman to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bring a broad range of construction and renovation expertise to various projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship across multiple disciplines. Your hands-on approach, combined with your ability to adapt to different tasks, will be vital in delivering exceptional results on time and within scope. Responsibilities
Perform a wide array of construction tasks including framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and finishing work with precision and attention to detail.
Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently to complete projects.
Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications.
Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, siding, roofing components, and other structural or aesthetic elements.
Conduct concrete forming, masonry work, rebar installation, and water damage restoration as needed for various projects.
Engage in remodeling, restoration industry tasks including plastering, stucco application, metal stud framing, flooring installation, tile laying, and electrical or plumbing work.
Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to ensure safety standards are maintained at all times.
Contribute to the fabrication of custom components and perform repairs or modifications on-site or in manufacturing settings.
Support mold remediation efforts and water damage restoration projects with specialized techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols throughout all phases of construction.
Requirements
Proven experience in construction estimating, carpentry (including trim and frame carpentry), roofing, siding, drywall finishing, and related trades.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation.
Strong background in construction site experience with knowledge of safety procedures and heavy lifting techniques.
Familiarity with water damage restoration, mold remediation, plumbing, electrical systems, masonry work, and fixture installation.
Ability to perform remodeling tasks such as flooring installation, tile laying, cabinet hanging or door hanging with precision.
Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude toward project completion.
Physical capability for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces when required.
Prior experience in the restoration industry or manufacturing environments is a plus.
