12ft X 7ft wood deck utility trailer. Surge brake actuator with tandem axles and disc brakes. The brakes were recently renewed and work well. All lights work including side markers and rear center marker and 5 pin wiring connector. Safety chains are good and the surge brake assembly needs a couple small parts which will be replaced soon. The wood is mostly pressure treated and all of it is treated with preservative. 3,400 lb weight capacity. Dry weight of trailer certified at 1540#, no title required for Florida. The trailer was fabricated from a Nitro boat trailer. Has new rear tail lights, a new brake line and four good tires. Comes with extra wheel bearings. Ready to work for you.
