Located in St. Augustine, Florida and willing to deliver/setup within approximately 75 miles.
I'm looking for a long-term arrangement for my well-maintained 2021 Jayco Redhawk 31F Class C motorhome. The RV has been successfully rented through Outdoorsy for several years and is fully functional, furnished, and ready for occupancy.
I am NOT looking for traditional nightly RV rentals.
Ideal situations include:
• Private land with water, sewer, and electric hookups
• RV lots or RV parks
• Campgrounds seeking additional rental inventory
• Hipcamp hosts
• Temporary housing for someone building a home
• Seasonal or monthly housing needs
• Landowners looking to create a stationary RV rental opportunity
I'm open to:
• Monthly stationary rentals
• Seasonal rentals
• Revenue-share arrangements
• Leasing the RV to a campground or landowner
• Creative partnerships
My preference is a stationary setup where the RV is delivered and remains in place long-term.
