Spacious, shaded all-brick paver driveway. Enjoy watching joggers, walkers, and surfers heading to the beach every morning.
You will have your own secluded, private entrance to BeachWalk Guest Cottage with gorgeous bathroom with tub and shower, full Queen bed, Bunk beds, dining table and chairs, dresser, reading nook with 2 chairs and lamp, closet, nice kitchen with full GE refrigerator, new efficient Whirlpool gas stove, Keurig and a regular coffee maker, VitaMix blender for smoothies, and GE microwave oven. Also have outdoor Weber Propane Grill for barbecues. Play Beach volleyball or go surfing and be there in 1 minute!! Walk on beach at night or stroll the A1A sidewalks for a relaxing evening.
